Welcome to Aurion Casino. By using our website and games, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Aurion Casino is a social gaming platform for entertainment. All games use virtual currency ("coins"). There is no real-money gambling, and no prizes of real-world value are offered, including on leaderboards.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy coins. We ask for your date of birth at signup to confirm this. We do not store your date of birth, only the fact that you confirmed you are 18 or over.

3. Virtual Coins

Coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash or prizes, or transferred, gifted, sold or exchanged between accounts or to any third party. Coins are a limited licence to use a feature of the service and are not your property. Success with coins does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

4. Purchases and Refunds

You can optionally buy additional coins. The price in US dollars and the number of coins are shown before you pay. Coins are delivered immediately after payment confirmation; by confirming a purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the coins are delivered. If a payment fails, is charged twice, or coins are not delivered, contact support within 14 days and we will credit the coins or refund the payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Account and Safer Play

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can take a break from your account at any time; during a break you cannot sign in or buy coins. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we deem abusive.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will use reasonable means to notify you (e.g. notice on the site).
